Introducing 'plane yoga' a new way to find some Zen while flying

While most of us will have tried yoga on the ground, the idea of doing at 35,000-feet high may not have occurred to you. Turns out though, many of the stretches and postures from your average yoga class can be adapted while we fly. And for those of us who can’t afford a left turn to the pointy end, it could be a godsend.

With sitting tagged as the 'new smoking' there’s few worse places for your health than a tiny economy seat, so moving while on board is essential.
